didnt have any work done but came by to ask questions about DIY stuff at home. he happily answered all my questions and then some. pointed me in a direction and gave me recommendations of types and brands. I've asked other shops before I came here and he was the only one who helped. also the front desk lady came in and was giving me ideas too. everyone that works there is nice and willing to help.

M & J was recommended to me from a good friend who had taken several of his cars in for restoration work. I recently inherited a 1936 Ford that had sat on jack stands for over 15 years and I knew it was going to need a detailed and extensive once over. I was given an estimate up front and as was expected, along the way there were unexpected findings that were discovered. Each and everytime this occured, I was consulted on all of the options from a quick fix to a more secure solution. There was never a push towards any one solution, they always allowed me the time to consider the different options and then make my final decision. Because of the unexpected issues along the way, the process of restoration took a little longer than I thought, but I was much happier with how much care and attention to detail they put into the project. I could not be more pleased with the end result and the final restoration work of the 1936 Ford. Even after I picked up the car, when I had a question or two after the fact, the owner Mark made himself available even on a Sunday morning. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I would highly recommend Mark and his Restoration Crew to anyone look

I needed a new Oem rear bumper painted for my Mercedes ML500. The old one had some cracks on it due to age ( the car is 12 years old ). I called around to a few collision repair centers in my area and a couple of them recommended trying or M & J Restorations in Santee. They gave me an excellent price quote, better than anyone else in the area. I dropped the bumper off on a Monday and it was ready by Tuesday afternoon. I was amazed by how fast they work, but I couldn't pick it up until the Friday and they were cool about that too. The work they did was excellent. My ML500 is a somewhat rare color Platinum Blue metallic , and they were able to paint match it perfectly. I don't think any other shop would have done a better job at double the price. M&J Restorations doesn't look like much from the outside, but they do amazing work and offer great customer service. I'll continue to use them for any paint work I need as long as I live in San Diego. Special shout out to Mark and India!
